On May 16th, 2008 and June 22nd, 2008, George Carlin and David Mitton died, which these memories were the most tragic, saddening, depressing, and upsetting memories for both fans of George Carlin's comedy and Thomas the Tank Engine fans all over the United States and worldwide.
George Carlin's Death
Carlin died of heart failure at a hospital in Santa Monica, California, at the age of 71. He was cremated and his ashes were scattered without any religious ceremonies, as he wished. Following his death, Britt Allcroft and Rick Siggelkow (the co-producer of Shining Time Station) wrote tributes to him during his funeral.
Even though George Carlin may be gone, his comedy will still live on making everyone laugh.
David Mitton's Death
David Mitton suffered a heart attack and died on May 16, 2008, at the age of 69. His death was not announced until May 28, 2008. Many fans made tribute videos dedicated to him.
