What ol' Steve here did counts as semi-vandalism. It didn't have much of the traits of a traditional vandalism and it was much less malicious than other vandals, but still vandalism. Usually it's a permanent ban, but I gave him the next worse punishment, 1 year. I'll change it if needs be.
