Nicky, Ricky, Dicky and Dawn is a Nickelodeon American teen sitcom that was released on September 13, 2014.

While the first 2 seasons of the show were good and well-received, being one of the few good Nickcoms during the bad era, the same can’t be said for these reasons, as it, unfortunately, turned into your average bad Nickcom in the bad era due to seasonal rot.

Bad Qualities

  1. Dicky is removed in the ninth episode of Season 4, "Quadbusters", due to his actor, Mace Coronel leaving Nickelodeon on October 4, 2017, before they completed the filming of Season 4.
    1. In the series, they gave a reason why Dicky was removed, because he became obsessed with Australia after learning much about it from their new exchange student, Britt. So Anne and Tom agreed to send him to Australia for a student exchange program.
  2. The intro was shortened.
  3. The pointless cameo of Dr. Colosso (a character from The Thundermans) in the episode "The Wonderful Wizard of Quads".
  4. The characters became flanderized from being loveable characters, into unlikable douches.
  5. The writing is downgraded from being clever and funny to being lazy and unoriginal.
  6. The jokes were unfunny and went from being clever to being stupid.
  7. The worst episode of these Seasons is Sympathy for the Squishy as the quads display the worst behavior they have ever shown.

Good Qualities

  1. Sometimes the main 4 siblings do get punished for their bad actions.
  2. There are still some funny moments here and there.
  3. It still teaches good morals sometimes, such as the consequences of taking advantage of other people's sympathies.
  4. There are still some good episodes, like Quadshank Redemption and the series finale "Lasties with Firsties", which was touching and was a good send-off to the series.
